Advanced training for internal auditors of quality management system

Advanced training for internal auditors aims to achieve operability of the internal audit process and to improve the internal audit effectiveness.

We will tell about the causes of failures in the implementation of internal audit process and teach:

• build an internal audit procedure correctly;
• select the right team of auditors, taking into account the focus on the audit process and the process model of the participating organizations;
• identify and understand audit criteria from internal and external documentation;
• to build a logical study of the topic;
• identify areas of inconsistency and potential for improvement when audit criteria are not implemented and even when criteria are fulfilled or performed excessively;
• development of continuous actions based on the audit results identified.

The training is focused on improving the form and full realization of the internal audit potential. At the training we work not only with failures of internal audit but also with participants who WISH to gain knowledge about new best practices in this process.

Changes in the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 (also for internal auditors) are studied as part of the training «ISO 9001: 2015. New requirements for the quality management system».
