Development and Implementation of integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 (ISO 45001)

Our five-day training course is devoted to requirements and practices of development, implementation and improvement of integrated management system (IMS) according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. The new standards make it easy to integrate requirements for different systems, thanks to a new unified structure, common approaches, similar terminology.

Training course is based on the PDCA cycle and includes:

• IMS planning based on the organization’s context, needs and expectations of interested parties, considering regulatory requirements. Key topics are processes, environmental aspects and risks;
• implementation and functioning of the management system through the life cycle processes;
• IMS monitoring and measurement including conformity assessment;
• improvement of the integrated management system, working with non-conformities, prevention and corrective actions.

For five days of training all requirements of the three standards and approaches for their implementation must be considered, so visualization of the material for its easy assimilation is used in the training, as well as a large number of practical tasks and games based on experience of our trainers and participating organizations.

Participants learn to:

• describe the context of the organization and make planning;
• work with the process model and process management;
• identification of "weakness" of the organization and taking response measures;
• new product development;
• development of criteria for selecting a supplier;
• identification of environmental aspects and occupational risks;
• work to find discrepancies;
• search for possible causes and corrective actions.

The training is led by the leading expert-auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001).
