Employee motivation and human resource management. ISO 9001: 2015 requirements

The three-day training is devoted to issues related to human resource management based on the direct and indirect requirements of the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

The personnel is the interested party of each organization, the main developer, the executor of the management system. Despite this, the achievement of competence, satisfaction, motivation and loyalty of employees remains the most difficult issue for a manager.

The training covers main topics to human resource management:

  • Definition, documentation, information and delegation of responsibility and authority. Selection, reception, adaptation.
  • Achievement, evaluation and improvement of employee’s competence.
  • Motivation and involvement.
  • Features of groups and teams management.
  • Corporate culture.

The above topics are considered through lecture and practical tasks, through the requirements and tasks of the QMS, including:

  • Who is the process owner? Difference between process owner and manager of department.
  • How to achieve the ability for the process owner to manage his team? Why are authorities important?
  • Why do the most experienced and knowledgeable employees harm team satisfaction?
  • How to ensure that the risk management working group meets regularly?
  • How to combine process indicators and staff KPI?
  • Do you need regular employees training?

During the training, good practices of the human resource management process will be considered: building a matrix of competencies, joint assessment of performance, preferred forms of motivation.
