Food Fraud: Food Protection and Fraud PreventionOne-day training is dedicated to the key issues of fraud protecting. The main threats of food products are considered as well as examples and methods of food fraud identifying. The goal of the program is to identify possible sources of intentional contamination of food and to prevent the consequences of such incidents.

Food fraud preventing is one of the basic requirements for food production and it is included in all GFSI-recognized safety management system certification schemes.

This program is based on the requirements of FSSC 22000 and includes the following criteria:

  • top management’s role and responsibilities for fraud prevention,
  • analysis and risk assessment in terms of production vulnerabilities,
  • control measures for food production,
  • internal audits of food safety

and much more.
