GMP + B1 / B2. Requirements and practice of implementation safety system for manufacturers of feed ingredients, feed additives, compound feed and premixes

During this three-days training you'll study in details requirements of GMP+; the best practices of implementation are demonstrated in class as well as the use of special GMP+ documents. The training is conducted by the lead GMP+ auditor with experience in the certification of Russian and international enterprises.

The main topics of training and practical classes are devoted to:

• responsibility in the system;
• general principles of industrial hygiene;
• hazard classification and HACCP development;
• operational requirements;
• identification and traceability.

The main value of the training's content is knowledge about:

• differences between hygiene of feed production and requirements of food enterprises;
• main mistakes during implementing system by analogy with food standards;
• a wide range of security requirements. GMP + requirements are not one document, it's a set of standards!
• specifications for the product, its differences from the Russian legislation, sources of information for the specification;
• working with the GMP+ portal, categories of GMP+ documents, definition of exemptions from the requirements.

As a result of the training, participants gain knowledge about the implementation of the safety management system and the sources of additional information.  This training ends with a passing exam.
