Internal audit of environmental management system
Internal audit of environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) is a course that continues our training «Development and Implementation of EMS according to ISO 14001:2015».
The training is based on the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 to the environmental management system, the methodology for conducting the audit according to ISO 19011:2018 on the methodology for conducting the audit is also considered.
The main topics of the training:
- the audit program;
- requirements and recommendations for the selection of auditors team;
- audit planning;
- conducting of internal audit;
- completion of internal audit;
- implementation of the risk-oriented approach according to ISO 19011:2018 to the internal audit program, as well as to the selection of audit criteria for the process.
Objectives of the training:
- to teach the participants of the training to achieve the planned results, connected with audit program;
- to teach the auditors to recognize possible improvements and inconsistencies in the organization; to train interview methods and evaluation of documentation. These methods require good communication skills from internal auditors, so the training involves studying topics and conducting practical exercises on raising questions, choosing words, non-verbal communication, creating a positive image of the auditor.
All participants pass the final exam.
