ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Implementation practice training

This training represents a basic training for QMS specialists. Within five days the participants thoroughly consider the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and examples of implementation practice. Each topic is accompanied with practical exercises for listeners in order to assist to have a full understanding of the requirements, creating of QMS documents and QMS records, the decision-making.

Through the practical exercises participants are invited to perform the following tasks:

• description of organizations context, taking into account the weak and strong, internal and external parties;
• process model definition; process mapping with description of input and output data, process resources; definition of the process monitoring procedure;
• risk management algorithm; identification of organization risks; identification of risks with the source and reason description for the process; risk ranking, processing and development of management methods;
• composing a quality policy;
• development of QMS aims;
• development of identification methods and management of key knowledge holders;
• design and development according to the terms of reference;
• development of the supplier selection criteria;
• definition of "good" practices for product identification and traceability;
• analysis of inconsistencies, possible causes and preparation of corrective actions.

In addition to theoretical and practical material this course examines the psychology of the implementation of the QMS implementation project. The most frequent questions are: how to motivate people, how to find the time, how to convince the top management, these issues are familiar to lecturers from their own experience. The training is led by the leading expert-auditor ISO 9001.
