On the 25th of September was successfully held the training dedicated to requirements and practice of HACCP implementation at food enterprises. The training was attended by food product manufacturers, representatives of certification bodies, consulting companies and public catering companies.
Due to the fact that examples and documents specific for industries of participating organizations cause a special interest during the training, we decided to improve the effectiveness of training by dividing it for representatives of food enterprises and employees of public catering separately.
We are looking forward to meeting participants at next trainings on HAACP:
27-28 October in Ekaterinburg – HACCP for food enterprises;
2-3 November at Moscow training centre – HACCP for catering.
