Training on the requirements of ISO 9001

The training was conducted on the basis of ISO 9001 for new specialists of the DKC group of companies (JSC “DCS”). The main focus in the training was made on the logic of modern practices of process control, working with risks and nonconformities. We analyzed possible indicators of the processes, why a good evaluation criterion “proportion of repeated repairs” to the “Equipment Management” process may not be suitable for JSC DCS; We discussed what evaluation criterion to establish for the “Quality Control” process, and also why in the management system we don`t need to refuse risk determination if we can`t influence them in any way. We considered the most relevant topic for everyone - how to reduce the human factor and the number of reports.
