Quality management methods SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA
This training is the basis for the training of specialists involved in project management with the goal of introducing new / modernized products into production or technically accompanying the existing production. Within five days, five core techniques (Core tools) used in the automotive industry in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949 are considered. Each technique is considered theoretically and practically. Practical assignments are aimed at achieving an understanding of these methods and further application in their organizations. Practical exercises can be considered with examples from the trainer or participants.
On practical tasks, participants are invited to solve the following problems:
- analysis of the stages of the APQP process, development of a management plan using several operations as an example;
- development of DFMEA (FMEA designs) on the example of several product functions, accounting legislative and product safety requirements, highlighting special characteristics;
- development of PFMEA (FMEA process) as an example of several operations of a production (technological process), consideration of the relationships between DFMEA and PFMEA, identification of special characteristics;
- building control charts for evaluating and managing the production process;
- calculation of indexes of reproducibility and suitability of the production process;
- analysis of measuring systems, calculation by the average and sweep method to study the measuring system;
- consideration of folder documents PPAP.
