Requirements of IATF 16949:2016. Practice of implementation

Five-day training «IATF 16949:2016 requirements. Practice of implementation» represents the first stage in training for experts in the field of the automotive industry quality management system. Even though this training is the first stage, we expect preliminary knowledge of the fundamental requirements of ISO 9001 among the participants of this training.

The training is conducted by an accredited IATF auditor.

IATF 16949 training is aimed at the transfer of knowledge and skills to understand and implement the requirements of the standard, the training scheme covers studying the requirements of the standard, examples of its implementation, performing practical tasks, answering questions.

Training program is aimed at:

• context study, quality policy development;
• process model development and optimization;
• definition of QMS processes, development of criteria for evaluation of process efficiency and effectiveness, process monitoring and measurement;
• development of a risk system, risk assessment, prioritization by risk management;
• risks and opportunities identification, actions assignment, integration of actions into documented information on standard and non-standard risks and opportunities;
• development and deployment of quality goals;
• development of a competence profile, mechanisms for competence improving, identification of relevant knowledge and
  knowledge holders, definition of knowledge transfer program;
• requirements identification and compliance assessment of production infrastructure and conditions;
• work with non-conformities.

During the training we strive to create projects of internal solutions for the participating organizations.
