Business game "Food Safety"

The business game is a completely new approach for food safety specialists training. Participants don't listen to the lectures, as part of the game they are totally involved in tasks that employees of food retail chains, food enterprises and factories do every day.

During the Business case participants launch their own business, making the right and wrong decisions. The result leads to conclusions, so participants can return to the consideration of previous decisions taking into account such areas of food safety requirements as:

• infrastructure;
• staff training;
• equipment service;
• waste management;
• production control, sanitation;
• inventory management;
• purchase's management, etc.

All participants of this business case note the high effectiveness of training and progress in understanding of aspects of food safety systems FSMS.
