Control of documented information in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 Documented information (clause 7.5) has always been and remains a form for:

• fixation and preservation of knowledge;
• informing employees about the accepted approaches and rules;
• data storing in order to reduce subsequent risks when evidence is required.

During the training “Control of documented information in accordance with ISO 9001:2015” listeners consider the current issues and participate in business games on the following topics.

• list of the documented information in ISO 9001: 2015. Examples of documented information;
• differences in management requirements for different types of documentation;
• life cycle of paper and electronic records;
• what a good and understandable document means and how to create it.

The training includes examples, situations and is focused on the systems of documented information of the participating organizations.
