Development and implementation of food safety management systems according to FSSC 22000 [version 5]

The three-days training course is devoted to the requirements of FSSC22000 [Food products, Packaging, Catering, Storage and Transport, Retail] and the practice of implementation of food safety management system.

The training is led by an FSMS international expert, lead auditor according to FSSC/ ISO 22000/HACCP.

Detailed consideration of requirements is accompanied by practical examples. Examples and main questions of participants of the training is also considered and discussed.  During discussion the participants practice in:

  • developing a Food Safety Policy;
  • creating projects of staff competency matrix;
  • identify and analyze hazards on the basis of personal production flow chart;
  • developing a HACCP program;
  • developing measures to prevent fraud with their own products;
  • identify threats and make a risk assessment;
  • corrective actions.

As a result of training, participants gain knowledge on the necessary measures to achieve compliance with food safety requirements for their organizations.

The certificate as a result of a successfully passed exam can be presented to all interested parties.
