Internal audit of integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 19011:2018

Our training course «Internal audit of integrated management system» was developed for organizations developing and implementing an integrated management system (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

During this training course you will find out answers for fallowing questions:

• what is a basic system for internal audit as a method to achieve improvements;
• key factors of successful internal audit;
• what risks of non-compliance with the audit program and non-achievement of results does the process have and what management measures can be assigned;
• how to reach an agreement on improvement with the auditees.

The training modules are organized according to the stages of the audit and cover the following work steps:

• creating an audit program for the cycle;
• selection of auditor team in accordance with the structure of organization, locations and process model;
• selection of audit criteria;
• conducting and completing of an internal audit of IMS.

Group works and business cases will help you to improv the skills of an internal auditor in analyzing documentation, conducting interviews, evaluating observations, arguing and working with objections. Real documents, photos and video materials of different organizations will help you to immerse into the process of internal audit.
