Internal audit of Quality Management System

The training-workshop on internal audit was held from the 30^th of September till the 2^nd of October in the training center in Moscow. We presented information about the meaning and philosophy of internal audit, role of this tool at the quality management system and principles of process construction and management.

All participants practiced in creating an ideal auditor portrait, definition of audit participants, checklist preparation, management of objections, right order of survey, interview and observation as audit methods and audit conclusions forming.  

We believe that the most significant achievements according to the training results are opinions of our participants who:

• do not treat internal audit and QMS as the boring process that is conducted for the certification bodies;
• during 3 days training have learnt more than for a half of year of University program on "Internal Audit";

• 22 -23 October, Ekaterinburg;
• 11-13 November, Moscow;
• 2 ^- 4 December, Saint-Petersburg.
