Process Approach in the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015

During the three-day training participants will be able to gain knowledge and skills in process management; learn the basics of process management, methods of creating a process model and process regulation; consider the new version of process management requirements; Learn how to find optimal methods of implementing requirements for the process approach and process management in the organization.

The training course was created for employees of organizations implementing a quality management system (QMS) as well as for new employees with responsibility in the QMS; employees of organizations with a certified QMS who wish to improve / increase the system effectiveness; for employees responsible for process management in the organization.

Training members gain skills of building a model of a quality management system based on a process approach; forming and evaluating processes in the quality management system, choosing the optimal approach for processes records; revealing, evaluating and managing processes risks; processes classification and systematization; processes selection and description; processes evaluating and improving; processes reengineering.

The training includes 16 business games such as:

• organization development based on a process approach;
• building a business process model;
• solving the problem of evaluating the process model system;
• systematization and classification of processes;
• methods of monitoring and measuring processes;
• management of process goals;
• process documentation;
• identification of positive and negative outcomes of process changes;
• determination of the composition of the process risks and others.

Training ends with passing an exam.
