The training course was created for employees of organizations implementing a quality management system (QMS) as well as for new employees with responsibility in the QMS; employees of organizations with a certified QMS who wish to improve / increase the system effectiveness; for employees responsible for process management in the organization.
Training members gain skills of building a model of a quality management system based on a process approach; forming and evaluating processes in the quality management system, choosing the optimal approach for processes records; revealing, evaluating and managing processes risks; processes classification and systematization; processes selection and description; processes evaluating and improving; processes reengineering.
