The psychology of change and office communicationThe training seminar «The psychology of change and office communication» developed by the TMS RUS Academy is intended for;

  • heads of enterprises / organizations and divisions,
  • group leaders,
  • internal auditors,
  • project manager,
  • HR staff etc.

The training helps to better understand the psychological aspects of a person’s personality, as well as the characteristics of interaction in groups; it will teach you how to work with objections, identify conflict situations between employees and correctly resolve them, and most importantly – how to prevent a conflict from arising. The main problems that we analyze during the lesson: «How to convey the idea to the team?», «How to say so that you are heard?», «What to do in conflict situations?».

The main goal of the training is to provide participants with the basic knowledge and skills from psychology necessary for successful interaction and communication with colleagues and management, which will lead to a reduction of destructive conflicts at the workplace. In addition, the training teaches you to properly respond to objections and criticism, to determine the person needs, to motivate staff depending on the needs of each. During the lesson, issues of prevention and the consequences of emotional burnout are raised.

Participants in the training through practical exercises and games will be able to:

  • negotiate with the team, properly organize team work on the project;
  • motivate employees taking into account their needs;
  • use an individually differentiated approach to each employee based on personality classification according to the «DISC system»;
  • respond correctly to criticism;
  • respond to the objections of colleagues;
  • Identify and manage conflict situations.

The training lasts 1.5 days.
