Training Course "Requirements ISO 45001"

System approach to occupational health and safety (OH&S), both in international standards / with international customers, and in compliance with the legislative requirements of Russian Federation means planning (determining what and in which activity the organization should comply with), implementation and monitoring compliance with the requirements, as well as received information analysis for the improvements assignment.

Training «Development and Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001:2018» is devoted to a detailed ISO 45001requirements review.

The learning process covers lectures and practical tasks on the following main topics:

• basic requirements for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System; defining the context of the organization in order to build an effective OH&S system to meet the requirements and expectations of the main interested parties, personnel, contractors of the organization; management company as well as regulatory authorities;
• two-tier risk treatment: identifying OHSAS risks for businesses at the organization level as well as working with workplace risks. The procedure for identifying hazards, risks, their assessment and the appointment of management measures (What to do with unacceptable risks? What to do with risks that the organization can not affect?);
• goals assignment with OHSAS program activities; responsibility, authority, competence of staff; knowledge transfer;
• consideration of OHSAS items in organization processes;
• work with incidents, improvements achieving; ability to work not with "guilty", but with reasons.
