Training «Disaster management and communication»

The new training of the TMS RUS Academy is designed for heads of departments and personnel responsible for processes and risk management. Within two days, course participants will learn crisis management methods, as well as the basics of communication in case of emergency situations.

The training covers both emergency management at production sites and approaches to resolving conflict crises in the office. The following topics are covered during the training:

• risk analysis and sources of crisis situations;
• risk management and crisis management strategy;
• types of crisis situations and conduct rules;
• the formation of «crisis» groups to eliminate the consequences of emergency situations;
• basics of communication during the elimination of emergency situations.

As a result of the training, you will gain skills:

• management of the organization by time pressure and on-line decision-making;
• risks identification and ranking;
• development of emergency response plans;
• conducting competent communication both within the organization and in relation to interested third parties (offline and online communications) and much more.
